Bandeja limpia sin escribir un solo correo

Cada mañana Claude revisa tu Gmail, entiende cada hilo, redacta las respuestas con tu tono y las deja como borradores. Tú solo abres, revisas y envías.

Every morning, scan my Gmail for unread emails from the last 3 days that actually need a reply from me — skip newsletters, promotions, automated notifications, calendar invites, and receipts. Before drafting anything, check my existing Gmail drafts — if a draft already exists for a thread, skip it, don't create a duplicate. For each remaining email: read the full thread, pull up my past emails to that same person to match how I actually write to them — tone, length, sign-off — and draft a reply that sounds like me, not like a generic assistant. Keep it as short as I'd actually write it. Save every draft directly in Gmail with the right subject line, so all I do is open my inbox, skim, and hit send. If anything looks urgent, financial, legal, or touchy, tag the draft with a short note explaining why before I send it. Finish with a quick summary of what you drafted and how many are waiting for me.

Pulso semanal del negocio (para CEOs)

Cada lunes, un briefing de una página con caja, ventas, pipeline, agenda crítica y lo único en lo que deberías enfocarte hoy. Lo lees con el café.

Every Monday morning, pull together a weekly business pulse for me using [paste the platforms you use — e.g. Gmail, Google Calendar, HubSpot, QuickBooks]. Summarize: cash position and anything unusual in AR/AP, sales and revenue vs. last week, pipeline movement — deals that moved forward, stalled, or were lost, what's on my calendar this week that actually matters, and anything urgent sitting in my inbox that needs a decision from me. End with the single most important thing I should focus on today. Keep the whole thing to one page — I want to read this with my coffee, not study it.

Nunca más entres a una reunión en frío

30 minutos antes de cada reunión, Claude te arma quién es cada asistente, historia contigo, 3–4 puntos clave y cualquier señal sensible que deberías conocer.

Before each meeting on my calendar, look up who I'm meeting with using [paste the platforms you use — e.g. Google Calendar, LinkedIn, Gmail, HubSpot/CRM]. For each attendee, pull together: their role and company, any recent news or activity relevant to the conversation, and the history I have with them — past emails, deals, or notes from our CRM. Give me 3-4 talking points or questions that would make me look sharp and prepared, and flag anything sensitive I should know going in — a complaint, a stalled deal, a tense relationship. Deliver this as a short briefing at least 30 minutes before each meeting.

Rollup semanal de sprint sin perseguir al equipo

Cada viernes, un status real de tu equipo: qué se cerró, qué está bloqueado, qué está en riesgo y quién lo dueña. Sin lista infinita de tickets.

Every Friday, pull a sprint/project rollup from [paste the platform you use — e.g. ClickUp, Linear, Jira, Asana, Monday]. Summarize: what got completed this week vs. what was planned, which tickets or tasks are blocked and why, anything overdue and who owns it, and how the team's velocity or workload compares to last week. Flag anything that's at risk of slipping and needs my attention now, not next week. Keep it short — a real status update, not a wall of ticket IDs.
